Considering I've seen some bizarre bugs on this forum caused by early versions of the Power Packs, I suggest you click the download link and install the new Power Packs. There's actually a newish version that VS 2015 expects, so it's possible you do have an older version but it won't work because of this, or you'd have to tweak the upgraded project to use the old version. So, what's happening is you haven't installed the Power Packs they want you to install.
